The Fine Print (Without the Fuss)

By booking an event or service with Party Animalz Events, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We keep things transparent so that expectations are clear and the party goes off without a hitch.


1. πŸ“† Booking & Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • The remaining balance must be paid [X days] prior to the event date (typically 7–14 days).
  • Late payments may result in event cancellation or additional fees.

2. ❌ Cancellations & Refunds

  • All cancellations must be made in writing (email or message).
  • Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy β€” which includes a sliding scale based on cancellation notice period.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred once if rescheduling at least 14 days prior to the event.

3. πŸ”„ Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule once without penalty if done 14+ days before the event.
  • Reschedules within 14 days may incur a fee and are subject to availability.

4. πŸŽ‰ Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate event details (date, location, number of guests, access, etc.).
  • Ensure venue access is available for setup and teardown.
  • Be respectful of agreed-upon event times β€” overtime may result in additional charges.

5. πŸ‘· Setup & Breakdown

  • Our team will arrive in advance to set up and stay afterward to break down.
  • You are responsible for any venue restrictions, permits, or access requirements.
  • Please inform us of any stairs, long distances, or difficult access in advance.

6. 🧾 Damages & Liability

  • You (the client) are responsible for any damages to Party Animalz property, rentals, or equipment during the event caused by guests, venue staff, or vendors.
  • Party Animalz Events is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages to persons or property not directly caused by our staff.

7. 🌧️ Weather & Force Majeure

  • For outdoor events, client is responsible for having a backup plan in case of bad weather.
  • Party Animalz Events is not liable for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, illness, etc.). In these cases, we’ll work with you to reschedule if possible.

8. πŸ“Έ Photos & Marketing

  • We reserve the right to photograph and/or video your event for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.
  • We will never share names, personal info, or location details without permission.

9. βœ… Agreement

By paying your deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
